What is recorded here
Ballingarry holds a ghost circle thirty-five metres wide, lurking beside a known ringfort in reclaimed grassland. Cameras caught the faint outline before people remembered it, suggesting the land still wears its old shape beneath modern use. The enclosure may have stored grain, excluded livestock, or marked a boundary now forgotten by every living tongue. Grass grows over the answer, yet the circle persists, waiting for someone to stop measuring and start wondering.
In reclaimed grassland, ringfort (LI049-100----) 20m to NNE. Outline of circular-shaped area (approx. diam. 35m) visible on OSi orthophoto taken 2005 and Digital Globe orthoimage taken 2011-13.
