Stockman's Lane in County Antrim still carries the ghost of John Hewitt's laughter. The blue plaque marks the house where he lived from 1972 until his death in 1987, preserving the years when a poet turned a small lane into a stage for memory. Ulster History Circle placed the badge, but Hewitt's voice remains the real architect.
