What is recorded here

Ahadagh holds a thirty-eight-metre circular scar where human hands shaped earth into a defensible ring. The field boundary vanished, but the shallow fosse and steeped edge remain visible beneath grazing pasture. Fairy fort is the local name, yet the shape and size match a human dwelling or stronghold. The land remembers the decision to exclude, protect or occupy long after the people forgot the name of the owner.

In gently undulating pasture. Enclosure has been levelled but still apparent as circular area (diam. c. 38m) defined by scarped edge (H 0.1m; Wth 2m) with an external fosse (D 0.15m; Wth 3m).
