What is recorded here

Ravensnest Tor is a sandstone sea cliff or coastal rock feature, likely formed during the Permian period, around 250 to 300 million years ago, through the deposition and lithification of aeolian and fluvial sediments. It is notable as a prominent local landmark and as part of the distinctive geology of the Zechstein Group in the region.
