What is recorded here

Moneyneddy holds a rath, an ancient earthwork whose boundary still traces the shape of human ambition. The site belongs to the early Christian period, when people built visible marks across the northern landscape. Its exact purpose has faded, but the surviving structure suggests pride, protection or worship. The land remembers the hands that shaped it, even when human memory has let go.
