Rait Castle, Burial-ground is associated with the historic Rait Castle, which was held by the Keith family, Earls Marischal of Scotland, from the 14th century onwards. The burial ground is significant as it reflects the religious and social practices of the local aristocracy and their extended families during the medieval and post-medieval periods.
