Modern Catholic church within a circular graveyard (diam. c. 60m). The graveyard is enclosed by a much-disturbed low bank of earth and stone which must in its present condition be regarded as relatively modern. Davies (1948, 116) suggested that it was of considerable antiquity. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Cavan' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 1995).
