What is recorded here
A small roughly circular hachured feature (diam. c. 13m) marked on the 1931 edition of the OS 6-inch map is named 'Gravel Pit (Disused) on the OS 1:2500 plan (surveyed 1912-16). Probably of 19th/20th century date. Not visited.
