Detached five-bay two-storey parochial house, built c. 1920. Full-height single-bay hipped-roofed projection to centre of front (west) elevation, full-height and single-storey extensions to rear (east). Hipped slate roofs with red brick chimneystacks, overhanging eaves and timber eaves course. Rendered walls with render quoins and plinth course. Three-centred arched openings with replacement windows and render label mouldings. Round-headed openings to projection, that to first floor with render hoodmoulding and that to ground floor with render platband above. Round-headed door opening with timber half-glazed door and fanlight. Rendered boundary wall with railings and metal gate.

This is a good example of early twentieth-century parochial houses. It is well maintained and retains features which mark it out as an ecclesiastical building, such as the hoodmouldings and pointed arched openings. The projection to the front adds interest to the form and design.
