Presumably built by a local congregation or patron in the early 19th century, Knockbrogan Presbyterian Church in Bandon exhibits a simple rectangular design with gable-ended walls, slim pointed windows, and corner pinnacles, reflecting the Gothic Revival style of the period. Its significance lies in its historical presence on the 1842 Ordnance Survey map and as a local place of worship, though specific builders or dedications are not recorded.
