What is recorded here
A small collection of flints, including some worked bladelets indicating an early mesolithic date (Woodman 1984, 9, Fig. 4) was recovered from a field overlooking the N-S River Blackwater on its steep W bank. The material is now in the Department of Archaeology, University College, Cork.
