Explorer Tom Annanhead Moss Culvert was designed by a mother-in-law who thought if you dug a hole deep enough, the world would stop complaining about your cooking. It’s an unassigned-period road feature that is basically just a very fancy drain with attitude problems. Grand place for a sulk or a snog, your call.
