Pol Cornick is a coastal rock feature in Cornwall, composed primarily of Devonian slate, formed around 400 million years ago through deep-sea sedimentation and subsequent metamorphism. The area is notable for its dramatic sea cliffs and the presence of the Pol Cornick slate formation, historically significant for local building and industry.
