Platform is a platform, peatland in Cloonshannagh (ballintober North By., Roosky Ed), County Roscommon, Ireland. First recorded in 2013 during the Reassessment Peatland Survey, the structure was later excavated and dated to cal. 1082-846 BC. The excavated remains consisted of mainly NW-SE oriented roundwood and brushwood elements, with three additional roundwoods overlaying the main structure.

This site was located in the industrial peatlands of Cloonshannagh Bog. It was first recorded in the 2013 Reassessment Peatland Survey as a densely laid, roundwood and brushwood possible platform exposed in section 0.26 m below the field surface, in a W-facing drain face (Whitaker 2014). The site was excavated in 2015 (licence 15E0197) and dated to cal. 1082-846 BC. The excavated site consisted of mainly NW–SE oriented roundwood and brushwood elements, and a deposit of lighter brushwood to the SE. Three roundwoods overlay the main structure and were separated from it by a layer of peat. Underlying the second deposit was an arrangement of roundwood, brushwood and twigs, overlying an apparent hummock in the peat. Several toolmarked ends were noted. Four supporting pegs were found. The wood deposits were dominated by birch, alder and pomoideae with lesser amounts of ash, elm, hazel, oak and holly (Coughlan and Whitaker 2019).
