Piper's Crag is a sea cliff or coastal rock feature located near the Bradford area, composed of Carboniferous limestone, approximately 300 to 360 million years old. It formed through sedimentation in a shallow marine environment and later uplift, and is notable for its potential to expose geological layers and fossil evidence from the Carboniferous period.
