What is recorded here

Pilsey Island is a small tidal island located near the western end of Chichester Harbour in West Sussex, England. It is notable for its historical use as a site for defensive structures, including a Napoleonic-era Martello tower, and for its connection to the nearby Pilsey Causeway, which was once a major crossing point before being lost to coastal erosion.
