Harbour pier, c.1850, on an L-shaped plan. Irregular coursed squared rubble limestone walls with batter, rendered mooring bollards, and irregular coursed squared rubble limestone parapet. Sited extending into Dungarvan Harbour.

An elegant pier that is of significance for its role in the maritime activities that traditionally supported the economy of Baile na nGall [Ballynagaul]. The construction in squared limestone attests to high quality local stone masonry. The pier forms an appealing focal point at the north end of the village.

This does not grant access. Most recorded buildings are privately owned; view them only from public ground unless the owner allows entry.
