Pedestal of Cross is a granite base lying upside down in a County Carlow graveyard. A secondary socket marks its upper surface, suggesting the cross stood elsewhere before falling or moving. The inverted position transforms a religious marker into a buried timestamp, preserving the moment it stopped pointing upward.
