This blue commemorative plaque records: Patrick Keohane 1879-1950 Irish born Antarctic explorer Respected R.N. Petty Officer on Captain Scott's Terra Nova Expedition 1910-13 Joined the Royal Navy at Plymouth in 1895. This was his final home. Recorded plaque organisation: City of Plymouth.
