Detached multiple-bay two-storey house, c. 1890, with two-storey gabled projections incorporating two-storey bay and open entrance veranda, having replacement uPVC casement windows; projecting gabled extension added, c. 1900.
Detached late-nineteenth century house retaining partial cast-iron railings to front and entrance gates. Despite loss of windows this building retains additional significance as one of a group of such houses.
