Overfalls, Old Castle Head

Overfalls, Old Castle Head is a Pembrokeshire seascape recorded from the Amlgyfnod period, where water still chases rock with no human hand to slow it. The Amlgyfnod label does not claim a visible building, yet it marks the area as a place worth remembering before modern tools could measure every angle. Perhaps people once watched the overfalls at storm tide, reading danger in the white line where seawater climbs and falls again. If so, they learned that the coast keeps its own calendar, writing and erasing marks faster than memory can hold.
