Terraced three-storey coach-house, c. 1820; in use as warehouse. Double pitched roof. Rubble sandstone facade with brick arches to openings, retaining some timber sliding sash windows partially boarded up and various replacement windows, modern industrial sliding entrance door to ground floor; street frontage.
Substantial early nineteenth-century coach house, grouped with regionally rated South Mall house (20514206).
