Otter with a Salmon stands in County Wexford, Ireland, dedicated to those lost at sea. The sculpture emerged through a Tús Programme training course, completed by local participants and presented on 27th February 2015. It turns grief into visible form, giving Ballyhack and Arthurstown a place to remember the drowned and honour the hands that shaped the memorial.
