Otter Island is a crannog in Lough Carra, County Mayo, Ireland. It is an artificial oval stone cairn built around natural rock, with a short breakwater extending southwest and timber posts hidden beneath the southern water. The structure sits 220 metres from the eastern shore, heavily overgrown but still shaped by human hands.

In Lough Carra, 220m from E shore. S of crannóg (304). Artifical, oval-shaped stone cairn (28m N-S; 22.5m E-W); formed around natural rock, heavily overgrown. Breakwater (L 4m) extending to SW.
