Detached two-bay single-storey former railway station outbuilding, built c.1900, now used as domestic outbuilding. Red brick walls with yellow and vitrified brick courses and mouldings. Segmental-arched openings with timber sash windows and limestone sills. Pitched slate roof with chimneystack.

Juxtaposed with the limestone former railway station, this building adds colour and diversity to this railway site. The use of varying colour brick to express different elements of the structure is interesting, while the use of vitrified brick is not seen elsewhere in the town.
