Kilcoolaght Burial Ground in County Kerry holds seven or eight Ogham stones inside iron railings erected in the 1940s. One small fragment, measuring .3m x .12m, bears at least four characters and may be the extreme top of a larger stone recorded by Macalister. Tradition also tells of a lost church nearby, though no trace remains visible today.

National Monument No. 329. One of 7, or possibly 8, ogham stones at Kilcoolaght Burial Ground/Cill Chuallachta (KE065-003001-), inside Iron railings erected in the 1940s. Brash also recorded a tradition that a church (KE065-003003-) formerly stood on a rectangular area of untilled ground ‘a few yards from the cilleen'. No trace of this church is now apparent.' Described by Macalister as 'the extreme top of a stone' (1945, 203, no. 208), this can probably be identified with an inscribed and partly buried fragment in the SE quadrant of the modern enclosure (stone or inscription could not be identified on site in 2015). It measures .3m x .12m and bears at least four characters. Macalister read it as: . . . UMALL.. (O'Sullivan and Sheehan 1996, no. 950) This stone has been studied as part of the ‘Ogham in 3D’ project undertaken by the School of Celtic Studies, Dublin Institute for Advanced Studies.
