Detached multiple-bay two-storey offices, c. 1935, on a corner site with later extension to east. Rounded corner bay window and slate mansard roof with flat roofed dormers. Majority of original steel windows retained, also railings, window guards and stucco work to façade.
Distinctive 1930s building retaining the majority of its original materials and details, and occupying a prominent corner site. Now unoccupied and in poor condition.
