Detached three-bay two-storey office, built 1822, with portico to front (east) elevation and single-bay single-storey lean-to to rear. Hipped slate roof with rendered chimneystacks, cast-iron rainwater goods and overhanging eaves. Roughcast rendered walls with render plinth course. Square-headed openings and camber-headed openings with replacement uPVC windows. Round-headed door opening with timber panelled half-glazed door, spoked fanlight and recessed render surround. Portico comprising fluted pilasters flanking opening with fluted columns supporting entablature.
Solid form accentuated by shallow hipped roof and wide window openings. Retains much of its form and early features and materials such as slate roof and overhanging sheeted eaves. Portico and round headed door openings form central focal point, adding artistic and decorative interest to façade. Forms a group with other buildings of similar design and detailing on the island.
