Attached two-bay three-storey house, built c. 1800, with shopfront inserted to ground floor. Pitched slate roof with rendered chimneystack. Painted rendered walls. Square-headed openings with two-over-two pane timber sliding sash windows and painted render sills. Shopfront comprising timber fascia with moulded entablature and canopy, set over render pilasters. Square-headed glazed display windows. Square-headed opening with timber panelled door and overlight.
This building retains its original form and structure. The simple design is in keeping with the surrounding buildings and as such make a positive contribution to the streetscape.
