Mound in Garroon OR Summergrove

Hachured as 3/4 of an almost circular mound on 1838 ed OS 6-inch map and planted with trees but not marked on 1910 edition No visible surface remains. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Laois' (Dublin Stationery Office, 1995) compiled by P. David Sweetman, Olive Alcock and Bernie Moran.
