No visible mound remains in that small field at the foot of the limestone bluff, though a grave mound stood there when Mac Domhnaill saw it in 1933. Looters had already opened it, exposing a large cist before the earth closed over the evidence again. The bluff still watches the field where human hands removed what the mound had kept.

In a small field at the foot of a large limestone bluff in NW part of Inis Meáin. In 1933, Mac Domhnaill (Topgr. Files, NMI) referred to a 'grave mound' here, which was looted and showing [a] large cist'. No visible surface trace survives.
