In pasture on S-facing slope overlooking stream. Rectangular area (28m N-S; 26m E-W) defined by low earthen bank (H 0.25m) with external fosse (D 0.25m) to W, N and E; scarp (H 1.4m) to S. Field fence to W now removed but faint trace of fosse noted.
