Located on a fairly level, low-lying landscape. The cropmark of a rectangular enclosure (dims. c. 40m NE-SW: c. 40m NW-SE) defined by fosse or moat features is visible on aerial photograph (MM (10) 0). The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Wexford' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 1996).
