On a slight terrace in well drained pasture. Ground falls away to the N, E and S. Marked as a circular mound on the OS 1837 ed. (diam. c. 15m). Built over.

A Neolithic passage tomb, originally constructed as a circular mound. Its significance lies in its early documentation on the 1837 Ordnance Survey map, indicating long-standing recognition as a prehistoric monument.
