Mo Wick is a coastal rock feature located in the Shetland Islands, composed primarily of Old Red Sandstone, dating back to the Devonian period, around 400 to 360 million years ago. The rock formed from sedimentary deposits in ancient river and delta systems, and the area is notable for its well-preserved geological formations and coastal erosion features typical of the Shetland geology.
