Mixtow Pill is a coastal rock feature in Cornwall, composed primarily of Devonian slate, formed around 400 million years ago through deep-sea sedimentation and subsequent metamorphism. The area is notable for its rugged sea cliffs and the presence of fossil-rich rock layers that provide insights into ancient marine environments.
