What is recorded here

Minnis Bay features a prominent sea cliff composed mainly of Chalk Group rocks, dating back to the Late Cretaceous period, around 66 to 100 million years old. The cliff formed through differential erosion of the soft Chalk and underlying sands, creating a striking coastal profile notable for its accessibility and clear exposure of geological layers.
