14m E of mine (CO139-026004-). Shallow opening driven 087° into base of W-facing vertical face of Barnacleeve Gap. Fire-worked face (L <1m; Wth 1.8m; H 1.45m). No extant spoil sediment; no stone mauls. (O'Brien 1987: mine 16a)
