Detached seven-bay three-storey mill with attic, extant 1837, on a rectangular plan; two-bay full-height side elevations. Closed, 1880. In ruins, 1936. Pitched roof now missing with no rainwater goods surviving on stepped eaves. Part creeper- or ivy-covered lime rendered or roughcast walls with concealed flush quoins to corners. Square-headed window openings with no sills, and concealed red brick block-and-start surrounds with no fittings surviving. Interior in ruins. Set back from line of lane with roughcast boundary wall to perimeter.
