Mill

According to sources (Scantlebury, 1960), Saint Óengus the Culldee who was a bishop and writer living in the early 9th century, held to be the author of Féilire Óengussa and possibly of the Martyrology of Tallaght entered Tallaght monastery in disguise as a lay brother. He was given charge of the kiln and mill as one of his early duties. A mill race marked on the first ed.
