End-of-terrace three-bay two-storey house, built c.1830. The building is finished in render. The panelled door has a radial fanlight over. Windows are flat-headed with two over two timber sash frames. The pitched roof is finished with natural slate with cast-iron rainwater goods. Chimneystacks are rendered with some slightly corbelled caps and some clay pots. The building is road fronted.
This small unassuming building is in original condition. Typical of many town houses of this era it adds variety and richness to the streetscape.
