What is recorded here
Exposed in section in the cliff-face at the N side of Fermoyle island, was a very small lens of shells, c. 0.1m long and c. 0.02m deep. A single flint flake was recovered from the site which has now disappeared as a result of collapse of a large section of the cliff. (information: A. McCarthy)
