Eoghanacht, County Galway, Ireland, holds a memorial stone reduced to a plaque for Thos Coneely, dated 1811, buried inside a modern wall beside a chapel. The original leacht cuimhne has vanished, leaving only a name and a date to mark the edge of forgotten time.
On N side of road c. 140m E of GA110-006----, and immediately W of the chapel. All that survives of this leacht cuimhne is a plaque commemorating 'Thos Coneely', dated 1811, which has been built into a modern wall.
