MEGALITHIC TOMB: OLDSTONE HILL (unlocated) in Oldstone

MEGALITHIC TOMB: OLDSTONE HILL (unlocated)

What is recorded here

Oldstone Hill holds a lost chamber where ancient hands may have stacked heavy stone before written history existed. The tomb remains unlocated, denying modern visitors the chance to stand inside its dark purpose. Forgetting does not erase the labour of the people who built it; it simply removes the chamber from human memory while the hillkeeper retains the shape of every stone.
The official Northern Ireland record identifies this as MEGALITHIC TOMB: OLDSTONE HILL (unlocated). Recorded period: PREHISTORIC. The official map point was placed at the centre of the recorded archaeological site from the source map reference.

The monument record does not grant public access. Check the route and ask the landowner before entering private land.
