Dún Na Manach holds a small megolithic tomb aligned northwest to southeast, measuring 2.3 metres long and 1.2 metres wide. Built before written history in County Kerry, it marks a time when people shaped stone for death rather than display. Its compact form suggests intimacy, perhaps a family or a single valued person buried with care. The chamber still points across the landscape like a quiet arrow thrown into forgetfulness.
