Carrigan (1905, vol. 2, 197) records that, 'Part of Swiftsheath is called Bawn-Ribinaedh (Bán-Roibinéid), or Robnet's Bawn; there was here, formerly, a Leaba Dhiarmada a's Ghrainne, but it has been destroyed.
