What is recorded here
The word ‘Dolmen’ was written in pencil on an OPW copy of the 1842 OS 6-inch map in Gleninsheen townland at IG 12431, 20276 (ITM 524277, 702784). On inspection in 1998 no remains of a megalithic structure were found at the location indicated on the map and the monument remains unlocated.
