Maulds Meaburn Edge is a sea cliff or coastal rock feature composed primarily of Carboniferous limestone, formed around 340–320 million years ago through the accumulation of marine sediments. It is notable for its exposure of ancient rock formations that contribute to the geological character of the Westmorland and Furness coast.
