Beneath the Teerelton ringfort, two hollows still mark the ghosts of buried chambers. People once cut through solid earth, lined the tunnels with stone, and walked into darkness below the grass. They filled the passages again, perhaps to hide what they had built or to stop the ground from swallowing someone alive. The soil forgot the shape of the work, but it never erased the reason it existed.

In ringfort (CO082-035001-). According to local information, two stone-lined chambers were discovered in the past and filled in. Two hollows (diam. c. 2m; D 1m), one in centre of N half, the other near bank to E, may indicate collapsed chambers.
