What is recorded here
This Man-made underground passage, listed in the SMR (1998), was noted in Rosses Lower townland in a survey conducted in the 1940’s (ITA Survey). It was said to have ‘large rooms’ but the opening to it was closed. Its exact location was not recorded and remains unknown.
